These nearly 21-foot-tall vertical counterweight doors seamlessly integrate with the historic facade, opening to their full 12-foot width during the day. By enclosing the original eight tall arched openings with glazing and incorporating these doors, the space now provides a cohesive connection between the high-rise lobby and the conservatory, enhancing its use for the Holbrook House restaurant and offering a versatile venue for both public access and private events.
