Beauty and functionality were both key factors when designing this Dallas, Texas home. As part of the exterior renovation, a copper roof, courtyard area, and solar panes were installed and an addition was built to seamlessly fit into the existing structure. Among the added features, a garage was constructed and finished to double as a multipurpose area. When the space isn’t being used to hold cars, the family often sets up tables and chairs and it becomes a gathering area for events.
To make the space both decorative and functional, three Renlita S-2000 opening systems were installed. Built with switch glass these openings can be frosted for privacy or remain clear so guests can enjoy the homes landscaping.
