Warranty Authorization Request

Warranty Authorization Request form must be completed, submitted, and approved prior to any warranty work being performed.

All parts issued as part of a warranty claim will include an invoice for the parts. No credit for parts will be provided until the removed parts have been returned to Renlita. A copy of the completed Warranty Authorization Request must be included with all returned parts. All warranty work must be performed by an authorized Renlita distributor. Warranty claims associated with motors, powder coating, and glass are pass-through warranties. These will be coordinated with the appropriate manufacturer and will adhere to the original manufacturers warranty terms.
